On Saterday 26 Jan 2013 me and my family decided on a night out, we choice Spur cause we knew it accomodates all age groups. Upon arrival at the door as their tradition we were met by the waitress together with their manager Felix, the lady did ask us how many are we, and we told her, Felix then looked at his watch, just a joked I asked him, are we too late are they about to closed, he responded with attitude and said to me is there anything wrong in him looking at his watch, and I tried to explain that I was asking nothing much but but he had so much attitude so I told him that I wasn't expecting that a manager will respond to costumer like that, as if that was not enough, apparently the waitress came and told me that our table was ready, I didn't see her hence I never responded, the next thing I hear is Felix asking me if we want a table or not, because I knew that we have already told the lady I said ofcourse then he said Jan but the lady was here and you didn't follow him, so told him that I was expecting the lady to come address me and tell me that they have a table for me. Later on the gentleman came and organized a table for us. Laer when we ordered food they came very tasteless, we call
