I called to make a booking for 30 of my friend Kate's closest friends and family for dinner to celebrate her birthday on Friday night. I was literally treated like dirt and spoken to by the female owner, via John, as if I'm the of the earth and a complete nuisance for trying to make such a large booking on a Friday night when they have "regulars" who would want seating. She didn't even have the dignity of speaking to me herself, arguing with me via John and screaming like a banshee saying "TELL THAT WOMAN...".
Apparently they are too busy to accommodate paying customers and the contempt with which i was treated will ensure that neither I nor any of those 30 guests or their families will EVER set foot in that place again. Clearly they don't need the business so I will take the guests elsewhere.
