I was at San Remo Spur in Hermanus on 25th May 2013. The service was ridiculous. I ordered a 200g Bacon & Cheese Steak and the onion rings and chips were so burnt i couldn't even lift them off the plate. When complaning to the manager she couldn't care less, she left the plate infront of me and said she's going to bring a plate of chips on the side. Then we were asked to move seats because they placed up in a booth that was booked. we were left standing in the middle of no where and eventually we were directed to our new table and our food was cold and our waiter wasn't around to check up on us. To end this beautiful exerience we were given a bill for over R2000 and the manager sarcastically said if it was less than what it suppose to be i you wouldn't have complained. I even took pictures of this horrible plate of food i received. What DISGUSTING SERVICE.
