My wife and I live in Bothaville. We visited Bloemfontein on Tuesday and decided to enjoy dinner at John Dory's in the Mimosa Mall.

We were immediately impressed by the way that the owner (Herman) moved amongst the guests. He was chatting to the customers, but at the same time, also supporting the waiters (our waiter - Lesley). In my opinion, this is a great way of motivating staff to offer benchmark service.

We had a wonderful evening, great food and were even inspired to try something new.
