Bad Service & poor communication skills

06:41 am - Drive through - Placed order (4 a.m snacker burgers), Beauty took order & said R40.00 without asking the details of the order, the a.m Snacker is R14.90. R14.90 x 4 = R59.60, So I asked again, then she asked with the patty, If I did not ask again I would have received a incorrect order, WHY MUST I ASK AGAIN?? I said yes as this is what i have ordered in the 1st place. After 15 min we got the food, and gave R100.00, BUT WAITED 5 - 7 min for my R40.40 change WHY??? the customers inside the shop gets their change within seconds after ordering, when asking what is going on, Beauty came from at the back of the shop, with nothing to say, did not even worry about the us still without the change. The manager did not even TRY to help with the problem as he does not ever care. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM KFC AGAIN AND WILL TEL FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO BUY THERE, ASPECIALLY NOT IN THE MORINGS FROM THIS BRANCH, WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!
