You phone the order in. You make them read it back to you three times. You drive all the way there to collect it. You pay a fortune. You drive back to your office. You settle in to eat. Your order is completely different than what you specified.
Then, you either have to phone again, drive there again, drive back again, and are still parted with your exorbitant amount of money. Or, you just take it, because you don't have another 45 minutes and a drive in the traffic in you. Again. As always.
I really enjoy the product. But I think their prices are high enough without having to ALWAYS fetch it twice, or pay for the wrong things.
