On Sunday the 15th of September 2013 I went to Milky way in Bluff Durban and when i got there two people a men and a women where behind the counter and i greeted them and they did not even respond at the look of it the bold looking Indian guy and short light skinned lady looked as thou they where managers of some-sort. i waited for about 10 min before a black lady came from the back to come and serve me as i was just buying a sugar coned scooped rum and raisin ice cream on the go. Then after all that wait i did get what i wanted and i was eating the ice cream. i thought i had a peace of ice in my mouth then i spit a greasy bolt . went back and they where less interested as from the beginning they did not serve me properly. i got a refund but i appeal to other people out there not to go there. its dirty and they don't have customer service, I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN
