I am a regular customer at steers in Mt Ayliff, for the past month I had two incidences where the burger and the chips were half cooked and I spoke to the team about the matter and I received bad attitude and they also told me that I should have told them if I wanted well cooked chips and burger whereas they never asked me. They then advise me that they are having problems with their quality of chips
On the 1st May 2013 I bought a milkshake that was very soft (liquid) and when I enquired about it not being thick I was told that there was nothing wrong with the milkshake, I told them that it was rather a drink than a shake, again I was told that I should have told them if I wanted double thick milk shake. I then told the young man to then server me with a double thick milk shake, he refused because it was tool late. I asked for the manager, and I received similar response from her.
The staff of this outlet has continued not to treat the customers with respect and decency. if they have problem with chips, burger or milkshake it is fine to talk to your customer rather than give her attitude. thank you!!!
