Plastic in my food

I went to Ocean basket ordered 3 way calamari - while doing my shopping in the mall i nibbled very stylish -while chewing my not well done calamari tubes that took them 30 mins to prepare after ive been told it will only take 10 min -

i found something strange in my mouth. not wanting to spit it out because it was not a small lil thing i took it out of my mouth to find plastic

i immediately phoned the branch and spoke to the manager and i was Garunteed by Umar that is is not plastic it is a calamari bone and he said he is sorry i said sorry? is that it? is this bone suppose to be in my food or not
he said no i can come back as he will replace my meal i asked for a refund instead and he said no only replacement

why would i want to eat from your food again if a waiter licks her figure after filling the sauce bottle infront of clients alone knows what they are doing when we are not looking
