Firstly, when there is no ques why would I want to wait 5 meters before the order window just so that the woman can repeat my order as I get to the window, when I prefer to give the order myself I get attitude in return. For the past 2 months I have been coming to vryheid every 2nd weekend and not once was I satisfied with kfc. There is always, ALWAYS something out of stock, chip sauce, ice cream, seasoning for pops, even coke!! what's next. Chicken?! You wait until we've decided what we want just to tell us its out of stock! How difficult can it be to print a piece of paper saying "out of stock" and stick it onto the drive thru menu. I'm disgusted and fed up with kfc. I would call that false advertising. I'm not ordering from kfc anymore. And I will urge everyone to do the same and complain to hello peter. As I'm hearing these complaints from friends as well on a weekly basis. Here is no one else to blame but bad management. You are adding to the fact that south-africa is nominated for worst service in restaurants and food industries. You ought to be ashamed.
