On Friday the 31st of May i went to Mcdonalds to buy breakfast in the drive thru, I ordered 2 Hotcakes and 2 Coffees. After paying and going to the last window for collection, the manager said there isnt any Maple Syrup. If there was a NOTIFICATION on the menu boards that said "NO SYRUP IN STOCK FOR HOTCAKES" then I wouldnt have ordered the Hotcakes - Therefor wasting my time and money that morning and leaving with Hotcakes that I didnt eat. That equals FALSE ADVERTISING! Yesterday on the 2nd of June I went to the same Mcdonalds drive thru to order Milkshakes and lunch. At the automated order point, the person who was taking the order was rude and could NOT speak or understand me clearly. Through her mubbling she said that the isnt any milkshakes OR Ice cream in stock. AGAIN false advertising because there wasnt ANY notification on the menu boards stating that there isnt any stock. There wasting my time AGAIN & waiting in the drive thru for NOTHING. The female manager was rude when I told her this is unacceptable and didnt give any answers. Mcdonalds is suppose to be run with COMPETENT STAFF and with INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS! Please sort this out, I really want some answers. Thanks
