My girlfriend and I was terribly hungry and went to tygervalley to get food. Steers sounded like the best bet so we headed to the one in the food court to get something. We were first in line of people wanting to place an order and some people were collecting their food. At the moment we got there, there were 4 personnel which included what looked like the manager in the front of the shop. one person handing out food, two at tills and one making ice creams etc.
After waiting for about a minute and deciding what to order we were the only people at the counter and ready to order. With the manager standing right in front of us, counting money or busy in the till and being helped by one member of staff, and another busy at the other computer. After another 2 minutes none of them even looked up and after another minute the manager looked up saw us and just continued counting the money! not acknowledging us or saying a word! after another 2 minutes of standing there we just walked away and the manager saw us turning around and didnt do a thing to help
