The manager forgot what he promised

On the 15th August 2013 we ordered pizza from Debonairs, Krugersdorp. What was delivered to us was the worst pizza I have ever laid eyes on. After my complaint, which was very quickly attended to, the manager, Raymond called us and made promises that he no longer remembers. Instead of believing what we tell him, he insisted on having a lengthy argument about the matter on the phone.

I instructed my wife to tell him to shove his pizzas and to put the phone down. I will rather order from his opposition and pay for it from scratch than to argue with someone who cannot even remember what he said and who loses the "piece of paper" he put in his office as well as the note he made on his computer. Besides, the opposition has just delivered some very tasty, properly prepared pizza to my house.

If Debonairs want to respond, they can respond with where I can collect the refund for the dog's breakfast they delivered to me on 15th August. The total cost at the time was R183.70 (and that does not include the Pop-itz which was the only edible thing they delivered.
