We were 3 adults and 1 child who visited Driftwoods Seafood Restaurant in Langebaan this afternoon. We ordered our drinks: 2 milkshakes and 2 Lattes. The milkshakes were served quite quickly and we were told that the lattes would be served soon. The 2 guests were almost finished with their milkshakes when I enquired about the lattes. Eventually 2 cold lattes were served. Same happened with the food. The child's meal and the guest who ordered hake and chips were served. We were still waiting on 2 pizzas to be served. Because the food was getting cold the guests started to eat. They were almost finished when i enquired about the pizzas eventually one pizza was served. The 2nd pizza was served a short while after the 1st one - just to discover the pizza did not have the avo as ordered. I called the manager to inform him of the bad service - firstly we had to wait long for the drinks and food and secondly the pizza was without the avocado. All the manager did was to send the pizza back for the avocado. Not once did he apologise. When the bill came we were not charged for the lattes or the avo, but still no apology for the bad service. I will never go back there
