The manager did not respond to my woes properly

I had gone to Wimpy for an afternoon meal at around 15:15 with friends of mine after waiting for over 40 minutes with friends of mine for our meal the waitress told us she "doesn't know what happened to our order" so we had to order again 40 minutes later.
I had to take my medication for hypoglecemia and I was very upset that I had to ingest them later than usual which caused me to get a headache.
I then asked the waitress to speak to the manager after being rude to me she eventually called him I explained the situation to him and he left again and came back to explain to me that the slip was only printed at 15:50 and told me I was lying about the whole situation after that I left making a vow never to come back to Wimpy ever again
