I've visited the wimpy again on Wednesday to see how much of an improvement has been made since I wrote the report the last time I've been there.
In short, you've made a significant improvement.
Service with a smile goes a long way to make any other trivial problem seem utterly insignificant.

But to be fair, there has never been any problem with your food, EVER!
Customer Service / General Friendliness 10/10
Its heartwarming to step into a place and are made to feel so welcome. Most of the staff walked around with a genuine smile. Its easy to spot a fake plastic smile put up only to placate customers.
Cleanliness 4 / 10
My table had a few grains of sugar on it and 5 min after i sat down the couple opposite me left, there were a little egg smear on the table. Whether that was there before they sat down, I've no idea. But after I finished my meal and left, 45 min later, that smear was still there.
During the whole time i was there i haven't seen anyone wipe a table.
Salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup bottles were nice and full.
Too bad there's no white pepper, but black pepper is better than no pepper.
