I am working out of town and the place I am staying has no kitchen so I have to buy food everyday. I try to eat healthy but it is very difficult when one has to constantly eat take aways and not even to mention the fact that one gets ripped off around every corner!!!
This morning I had a delicious portion of creamy oats with apple at KFC in Tzaneen and it only cost R11.00!!!
With a cappuccino it was still under R20.00!!!
While I was sitting there enjoying my (healthy) breakfast I saw all sorts of other offers that are available.
There are loads of healthy choices as well.
Thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. KFC was never a place I went to because I thought it was a typical take out joint but I was wrong!
