Worst service ever!!

Arrived at Chicken Licken drive through at 16h30. Received a cold "Hello" at the intercom. Nothing to welcome us as customers. Proceeded to place our order which by the way we had to repeat over and over. Go to the window where we repeat everything. Sindisiwe Khumalo then takes our money and gives us change then closed the window. We sat from 16h42 - 16h55. Her window closed, no communication, nothing. Knocked on window to ask her what is happening she says "I am still waiting". We aksed how come you do not tell us, she says it's not her fault, it's the kitchen that is delaying. Any normal person knows that we are not dealing with the kitchen we are dealing with her. She walks away. At 17h00 we had to ask for our money back. That's when she started calling us sweety and saying sorry. I am not sweety and I expect great service all the time. This is not the first time she does this to us. We eat there every second Sunday and unfortunately have encountered her far too many times. She is rude. does not care about people, very cold for someone dealing with people. She must leave, get trained or stay in the kitchen. I love chciken licken but she sent me to McDonlands.
