Greeted by a new waiter, he introduces himself and tells us his new and would like us to rate him at the end of his service. Great we have no problem with that! He was very friendly.
When our order arrives, my fiance receives his double burger (which tasted like) and i receive a small plate with calamari, lettuce and tomato. where is the rest of my food, and why am i receiving a starter?
A while later the Manager comes and apologises on behalf of Spur. my fiance almost done with his meal and i'm still waiting. the Manager says he will take it off. take it off what? the bill? i would like my food. but he will throw in a ice cream and choc sauce, really now? i can have that at home. and blames the poor new guy, its that easy to throw your staff under the bus?
The arrogance and disregard they treat their customers with is unprofessional. A free desert does not make up 4 service and below average food.
