Poor customer service and bad attitude to custome

I went to Total service station to purchase pre paid electricity in the morning. I ask the lady that was operating the till if they have the pre paid electricity. She replied yes they do sell pre paid. I then show her a metre no. She said to me they dont sell it using a metre number, I have to use my cell phone to purchase pre paid electrcity. I ask her to show me how to purchase it. She said she cant be able to help me with an attitude. She was not wearing a name tag and I went to ask her colleagues her name they refused to give me her. I asked to the Manager she told that the manager is not available and she refused to give me telephone numbers for the manager. I ask her why is she refusing to help me as I was desparate and I have a two year chold I need prepare meals in the morning before she goes to school. She told me its none of her business. I said to her if she cant provide good customer service why she chose to work in a service station. She refused to help me. I said will escalate my complaint to her manager.
