ON FRIDAY 13TH ARRIVED AT WIMPY AT ABOUT 1 IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL. ORDERED COFFEE WHICH TOOK 10 MINUTES AND ARRIVED COLD. SENT IT BACK AND THE DECIDED TO JUST HEAT IT UP?
THEN ORDERED NEW SIRLOIN SPECIAL, 20 MINUTES LATER IT ARRIVED, MEAL COLD. RETURNED IT AND THEY HEATED IT UP MAKING MY RARE STEAK A TOUGH PIECE OF LEATHER. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM A WIMPY IN MY LIFE AND WILL NEVER RETURN. THIS WHOLE EPISODE TOOK OVER AN HOUR AND EVERYONE WAS APOLOGIZING BUT LITTLE WAS DONE. FINALLY WHEN IT CAME TO PAYING I HAD TO STAND IN A QUEUE TO PAY AS THEY DO NOT HAVE PORTABLE CARD MACHINE... THIS IS 2013 PEOPLE...
