My husband placed our order online at 6:30pm for 1 large pizza, a petite sub and a coke. It is now 8:45pm and our order has STILL not arrived. The excuse " the delivery guy had a puncture", this was only mentioned after WE phoned to find out the progress if our order. It has now been 40 minutes since a new driver was dispatched to collect our order from the original driver and to then deliver to us - we live 5 kms from the branch. I am so angry!!! We have now cancelled our order and my husband has now had to drive out to get food. I want a full refund with any additional charges added, as we paid via credit card. Shocking service guys!!!
