At 17:38 I placed an order online, whereby I received an sms confirming that delivery time would be 18:18. At 18:38 (an hour later) I still have not received my pizza. I called in, whereby Olivia confirmed that the driver is on his way. At 19:00 still no pizza. I called again, where I was put through to manager Karabo. Her excuse was that the printer was not working, and they had to check orders online, hence the delay. How is that the customer's problem? At 19:15, our free pizza arrived. I tipped the driver, and as we left, he mentioned that this was his THIRD free delivery this evening. Instead of telling the customer "its on its way", rather be honest and inform them on the situation.
This was not the first time we had to wait over an hour for delivery, but definitely the LAST time I order from Debonairs overall.
