STANDING CHATTING WHILE SHE HAS TO HELP US

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru with our car one evening (Friday 30 August), placed our order and then when we got to the collection side, we did expect to wait a while because obiously it wont all be ready straight away. Then she came to say we must wait 3min till the Zinger fillet will be done. (we were fine with waiting another 3 minutes, even while the cars were qeueing behind us.) What really upset us is that we ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes for the order, while they were chatting away loudly for all of us to hear. My boyfriend then tried to call one of them but no one even heard us so loudly they were talking and going about. I got quite furious and honked the car hooter just to get someones attention atleast. I demanded the manager and told him that I am not happy with this at all. (He was by the way one of them chatting away loudly in the kitchen). Then eventually after another 2minutes we only received our order. This is very unacceptable, not only for us but also for all the cars that was already qeueing up behind us aswell.
