Hi, on Friday evening, I went through the so-called drive through at KFC Bothasig branch and the experience was awful!! While I understand that it was pay day and they were busy, there is no way that you can wait in a que for 32 minutes! It was explained to me that they were busy etc etc so I tried to understand and accept the explanation. On Sunday at about 3pm, I tried it again - there were 4 cars in front of me and this time it took 27 minutes!! To make matters worse, you are not able to leave the que once you are in it as there is no place for your car to get out -In my mind, the drive thru is there as a convenience but if that is the service that KFC offer, forget it - I wont be back. On chatting to other clients, everybody in the que felt the same way and said that this is the service that this branch has always offered and nothing has been done to improve it even though all have complained before? There is absolutely no way that I will be going back to KFC!!
