Last year when Steers had their R10 burger special, we ordered 35 burgers for our company, and were told that they are out of stock. however, the branches were instructed to substitute with another burger, which the branch in Gabriel Road Plumstead Cape Town, did not do or want to do.
I contacted the call centre on at least 5 occasions since my first complaint and was told they are going to elevate the complaints to the Head Office and someone will get back to us.
My request was simple.- To honour the special of the burgers at the same price to us.
It is now more than a year later, and still NOTHING. (I just got a promo flyer from them which reminded me)
I am very disappointed in the attitude.
I will await a reply from anybody at Steers.
