I went in to a Steers on a Wednesday to buy a burger. I asked them to tell me what was the cheapest Burger they have and they showed me the one advertised for R29 and i said no. I choose d a cheese Burger for R39.90 and payed. While i was waiting for that Burger another customer comes in and say pls give me the Wednesday special for R34.90 two Burgers. I asked why didn't't you tell me about the special, he response was, i thought you knew. I said oky cancel the cheese burger and give me the special, he said no i cant, i asked him why? he asked me, where do you want me to put the cheese burger? as we are now disagreeing all the stuff from the back start shouting that they wont make that special and i must take the cheese burger and go. i said fine give me my burger let me go and when the other customer mentioned that i must complain through their customer complain they now said its fine they will give me the Weaky Wednesday. He gave me the special and started saving other customers. i left without my change and i want it back. I wont buy in Steers again. I complained through their customer service and was promised a response within 48hrs and no one called
