i visited McD goodwood when they just opened and reiced excellent service. friendly and helpful. met the area manager and what a pleasenat lady. NOW i dont know what happened. drive thru in this week. night mare. dual lane. i was greetedfriendly and after that nothing.gave order for 4 milkshakes buteverytime 0no reply andalso chickenburgers and other stuff appearedonscreen after the 3car helped i pulledforward to betold to use the intercom. what intercom??? no one helping i gave my order and paid. NOW strike two i waited for the sundays and my milkshake. i was handed the sundays no milkshake. and then waited some more. people hooting by now in que. i got out leaning thru window. asking about service and my milkshake. 4 staff members saw me and not one responded. another 2 min later i drove off sunday melted and still no milkshake. poor poor poor service. hint: ManySouth African peoplesitting withoutwork employ them please. In uk oldpeopleclean and mange floor. and service was tops andplace was squeeky clean. chew that on your BigMcd
