Aside from the numerous occasions that McDonalds is either offline, or out of stock of, or me having received the completely wrong order while having to wait in an extra while for certain grill orders. Iv been forgotten about in the grill order and eventually decided to collect my own food inside, to be given cold food that was sitting there probably meant to find its own way to my car. I have questioned the service by a cashier once and got nothing more than a "people like you do not understand what it takes to work in a fast food industry" I stay LESS than a kilometre away from Mcdonalds Kuilssriver but chose to drive out of the area to make use of another branch or alternate fast food place. Many of the above topsss being served an OFF milkshake last night!! But unfortunately that put the cherry on the cake!!!
