Why offer a service if you can not deliver??
I placed an order @ 19:40 with Rose for a take-away Pizza. (only 1 Pizza). It is now 20:55 and the driver is still not here. Pathetic!! I live 7km's from Pizza Perfect in Grootfontein. How can it take so long?
I had to repeat my address several times to Rose. I live in Tammy Street, which is not that difficult to understand.
By the time the driver reaches us the food will be most probably ice cold
I have a good mind and cancel the order if he reaches me after 21:00.
I will NEVER make use of your delivery service again.
You have just lost a loyal customer.
