Steers Waterfront cape town bad customer services

Today round lunch time at the waterfront, I thought ok I will try there special burger offer for R29.90 only.
I decided to change my order and go with just fries and a drink, by this time the girl was getting irritated as i couldnt decide fasted enough for her, which is when she and her collegue spoke in there "african language"regarding me of cause, how rude and some how i knew they talking about me, this is when her collegue then goes to me saying with attitude " I should make up my mind", i looked at her shocked and just said "you know what if thats the case then just cancel my order", i mean there was'nt even a queue at all behind me what.
I walked away and went back within 5 seconds and asked for the manager, who just stood there shocked as well while the ladies that helped me was saying " oh no mam we didnt mean it in that way" clearly they were afraid as to what this outcome would be, i told the manager what just happened but she just stood there and didnt even apologise or nothing, this has actually put me straight off take away as the staff they hire is so full of attitude. This isnt the first time this has happen, will take this further.
