I used Debonairs special voucher where I got a free pizza for using IE10. Another person in my office did the same thing and had is pizza delivered.
40 minutes after my pizza should have been delivered I received a call saying that it was not going to be delivered and I had to collect it. As it was now past my lunch break, this was not possible. While trying to explain this the person calling hung up on me.
I called back immediately and asked to speak to the manager. The person left me on hold for about a minute and came back on the line and said she was the manager. She and said they had no drivers (my co-worker just had a pizza delivered). When I challenged her on this, she said she would call me back after speaking to the manager. She had no idea who I was, so I dont know how she was going to call me back.
While I appreciate that the meal was free, this level of service is disgusting. In Debonairs defense, I have always had good service, except for the Umhlanga branch.
