My family of 5 and I ordered the Drifter Breakfasts. When the breakfast came I checked if my food was warm, the bacon was ICE COLD! My family then checked there bacon and every persons bacon was cold. The waiter (of the month) then didn't know what to do, so I, the customer told her to bring a side plate to put the bacon on. When she came back with the bacon we noticed that this bacon was a lot darker than the first lot and she then told us she had simply reheated the bacon.
We then told her that we do not want reheated bacon, we want fresh bacon. It was at this point that the manager came and told us that she herself would reheat this bacon for the third time. We then said no ways, we are paying customers and we all want fresh "new" bacon. This "new" bacon came EVEN DARKER, some pieces were BLACK! I timed all of this, it took them a whopping 15min to bring back the bacon each time.
My dad then asked for two coffees with warm milk, the coffee came with COLD milk, he told the waiter to heat the milk, this took 10min by this time the coffee was cold.
This spur was very quiet, so there is no excuse for timing or service! This is just plain SHOCKING!!!
