On Saturday afternoon at approx. 14h30 i was on my way to visit a friend in hospital.. I thought i would be a good idea to buy him a warm meal. Well, i was wrong! Going through the drive through it was already a mission to place an order as the person via the speaker could hardly understand english. Paid my order, received it as usual and left. After leaving my girlfriend says that i am short on the order. I returned to the window where i was served. Rene was standing there (Branch Manager) looked at me, took my slip and said i must go to the front counter. I did that. While waiting Rene kept servicing other clients that was after me. After about 20min i asked the counter girl to call Rene. I was pushed for time as the visiting hrs are set at hospitals. Rene looked at me from a distance and showed me i must wait. I waited some more, then she disappeared behind a screened wall. Again i asked the counter girl to call her. I got a message back to wait. I never saw Rene again. I was forced to leave as i had to go to hospital. I paid McDolnalds for goods not received. Further they treated me as if i was wrong by the looks i have received. I will not leave this as it stands! You!!!
