I have just recently moved to Cape town from Sunninghill in JHB. I was chatting to a friend and they had just moved to Sunninghill, we were speaking about the unusally great service KFC Sunninghill provides.
In all my years, in the all the countries, in the all the cities that I have been to a KFC I have never, come across one with so much great service, attitude and smiles. We only ever went to that KFC because of its quick, friendly knowledgeable service and it was great to chat to a friend who also felt the same way. They must be doing something right if people are talking about it.
KFC should use Sunninghill as its go to training centre for service, that manager and team are doing the best job ever.
Well done, we're going to miss you KFC Sunninghill
