I placed an order through Mr Delivery Menlyn via their website from Mimmos - ordered what was displayed, they deducted off my account within minutes and then 20 minutes later phoned and advised me that I have to change my order due to Mimmos not being able to supply chicken strips during weekends. I obviously got annoyed and asked the Manager if I change my order if they'll reimburse me for the difference and she said yes but they have to reverse the payment then claim again in order for everything to go through. I refused and told her that I would have to wait 2 to 3 working days for my 'credit' to reflect - so I'll have to pay double today and wait for the money... she just said it's not her fault, this is how the system works - I eventually had to change my order so that I owe them money in order for me not to reverse payments and pay them again! This is obviously unacceptable, as she just said there's nothing she can do...
