Went to the Bredasdorp branch on the 10th of August, ordered a burger and pops, waited 9 minutes for the food. Made a complaint with the manager on duty and got this snotty "what do I care" reply. Logged a complaint with their call centre on the same day, received a sms with my case no, 2 days later, and promise that a representative will be in contact within 24 - 48 hours.
It is the 27th of August now, no one phoned back
