Sunday, 11th August 2013, my family and I ordered a four season pizza for dinner that evening. When we arrived home later that evening, while preparing dinner, we realized that the pizza was very burnt and hard, almost uneatable. We were unable to return the pizza as it was too late and too inconvenient.
