Yesterday I went Vovo Telo in Cresta. Firstly we had to call someone to take down our order of 2 large cappuccino, 4 cheese pizza & Buttermilk Hotcakes. A few tables that were seated after us got their food & we were still waiting. After more than 30 minutes we asked a waiter to follow up for us which he said he would do. We saw him coming & going from the kitchen area & he never gave us feedback. Then we flagged down a 2nd waiter who also said they would give feedback & didnt. Then we flagged down a 3rd waiter who brought the manager to us. She said she would look into the order. Then after 15 minutes the manager come to me and asks me if I would like an olive or chili bread stick with my butternut soup. I was a bit confused as we didn't order butternut soup. I told her this and she said sorry she had the wrong people. 10 minutes later our food was bought and it came with the butternut soup that I didn't order. At this point I got up from the table as it was over an hour that we had waited I asked for the manager & I told her we were leavening. The manager never accepted responsibility or even apologized. All she managed to get out was I DON'T KNOW
