We placed an order with Mr Deliver on 2013/07/26 for the amount of R311.15, they did tell us that the orders will take about 2 hours because of it being the end of the month, and we said that it is fine by us, but 3 hours later and still no food, I phoned them and they told me that the driver is at my complex gate, we went out to find NO ONE THERE, I phoned them back and they said he is at the complex next to my complex we had a look and NO ONE THERE EITHER, now after being to twice I phoned them again and asked them to cancel my order as the food would be cold by the time it gets to us seeing that the driver is nowhere close by, I was told by Kayla that my money would be refunded to me as I paid by card, since then I haven't received any refund yet and on Thursday 2013/08/01 I phoned them again and spoke again to Kayla and was told that my money would be in on Friday, I phoned on Saturday my money wasn't in and I phoned again this time I spoke to Johan and he told me Garth couldn't attend to my matter on Friday as he was in a meeting and he doesn't work on Saturdays, I was promised my money would be paid over on Sunday I gave Johan a call again - STILL NO MONEY ON 2013/08/05
