Pathetic service at Mugg & Bean CT International

Choose to eat there before a flight to JHB. We spent 30 min waiting for a drinks order for 5 people, only to receive the wrong drinks. I approached the manager (Jolene) who offered no apology and was dismissive. After waiting a further 10min and getting close to my flight departure I was unable to find my waitress and still waiting on the manager, I walked out. Eventually waitress comes running after me saying that I have an unpaid bill for drinks and the meals. Explained to her that the drinks order was wrong and untouched, but I settle the drinks bill anyway.

Dash off to Woolworths to get something to eat and I get stopped on my way to check-inn by the manager and security saying that I've not paid my bill. Have to go around in circles explaining to the security and her that I've settled the drinks bill before they finally understand.

Reviews off google will confirm the pathetic level of service at Mugg and Bean, Cape Town International. It's really strange how the franchise allows this level of service to continue at this branch, when branches like Sandton City, Brynston, etc provide such exemplary service.
