My husband and I arrived at Mugg and Bean Centurion yesterday 10/02 at 11h50 and ordered lunch and drinks. At 12h50 we couldn't wait for lunch any longer and walked towards the till to pay. Whilst explaining to the waiters that our food is taking ridiculously long the manager arrives and here's our complaint. He did not even apologise and rudely said 'Just give them their bill so they can go'. How can you treat your customers like this??? Shocking as we visited the Sandton branch on Saturday and although the food also took a while the waiter kept on informing us of the delay. I will not eat at any of your restaurants again if this is an acceptable way for you to treat people.
