The OR Tambo Mugg & Bean service is pathetic. I have flown to Namibia and Mozambique in the last month and the store in the International Terminal never has premade vegetarian sandwiches. When I queried it last week I was told that it was finished.
Yesterday, I had friends from Durban and we sat at the store in the Domestic Terminal and what pathetic service again. The waitress took our drinks order and we asked her to return with the cakes available. She did not return and when she did she was surprised when we asked about the cakes. When we asked for the bill she helped other customers first and then we had to remind for the bill and only then was it brought to us.
What Pathetic service on an overall.
