Upon arriving at McDonald's at approximately 4:30 am {4/08/2013}. We placed an order of 2x large Mcfeast Delux. Upon collecting the meal the attendant failed to greet us because she was busy forcast on her friends who were before. She had requested them to park so she can talk to them. Upon calling the manager to cancel my order she told me it can't be cancelled because I used a card for my payment. This is highly untrue because I have been refunded money by other franchises before. I am truly dissapointed by their service, worse their manager who failed to apologies for the service I recieved
