I've been customer of McDonald's for over 13 years, and when I received my burger, I checked it (as one must always with McDonalds), I found that most of the toppings were missing. We reversed & told the attendant that the burgers were lacking. She put on her rubber gloves, inspected the burger and told us that the "mayo" was under the tomato. She was right. the white patch indicted that there was mayo.
We left, as it was clear that anything "extra" was going to cost more money and the manager behind the attendant had no idea what a "paid-for" McFeast Deluxe was. After running a restaurant for 12hrs I was not in the mood for any customer complaint (albeit my own).
Ordering a R36, 50 McFeast Deluxe burger on its own indicates that I wanted what I expected and nothing else. What I got was a few dried out patties with some cheese and barbeque sauce. When I got home, I found a patch of lettuce on one side and was thoroughly, thoroughly disappointed with an almost inedible excuse for a very, very tired sandwich.
Why does McDonald's run a 24hr shop and then hire people who can't stay awake and don't care to know the recipes? How disappointing? Another ebb away from McDonalds.
