At 4.20pm yesterday I ordered a 10piece family meal and 2 rounder burgers. I was charged and paid for all items. When my family and I were ready to eat we realised that the 2 rounders were not included. The cashier did not add the slip into the packet and only gave me the slip for the card machine. I didn't have the number for the store on hand and proceeded by googling for it. The number that has been allocated for this branch on the website is for Grand West, who was then able to give me the correct number. I tried to call countless times and each time the line just rang and went to what sounded like a fax line. The family meal was R149.90 and I paid R199.90. I would either like the 2 rounders that I paid for but did not get or the difference of the amount paid back to me.
