I Purchased two ice cream cones with caramel dip and nuts on Saturday 27 July 2013. I noticed that the caramel dip looked a mustard colour so I took my finger and tasted it. It was awful. I called the staff member that helped me and said I was unhappy with the caramel dip. I asked her if they had a new batch and she said that was all they had and then she promptly walked away. I then insisted on seeing the manager. After waiting a very long time she informed me that the manager was out and there was nothing she could do. At this point I lost my sense of humour and demanded a refund.
