I logged a complaint on 26 Dec 2012 about the shocking service I experienced at Bruma Nandos. I got a mail from Trish Ngwenya, the store manager, on the 30th asking for my contact details which I supplied on Jan 4 2013 and ever since I haven't heard from them any more. Why was Nandos (Trish) asking for my contact details if she/he knew was not going to bother in contacting me? Making funny of me? Just proved to one that your cashier's attitude come from the managers. I don't expect a free chicken but I expect someone to show care about unhappy clients, I'm one. I love your chicken, unfortunately I will keep buying it, but the kind of service you provided me was a completely disgrace.
