We purchased food from the nandos Leaping frog on 21 January 2013- strips and rice. My daughter then contracted sulmanella virus from eating the chicken. I took her to a doctor who diagnosed her and prescribed medication. In the interest of public safety I logged a comnplain with the Nandos head office, I was advised that this will be sent to to the respectic branch. I am struggling to understand how a franchise like Nandos who jumps at every marketing oppotunity (politcal or otherwise) to promote themselves choses to slack on something as serious as this. The report was not logged with malicious intent but to prevent other patrons (especially children) from having to go through this dreadful experience. I guess that Nandos just does not care... all the info was given to Refilwe re this matter... wonder if Nandos will bother responding NOW or is one 6 years getting dreadfully sick not importanant to YOU!!!
