We went to Newscaffe goldreef city yesterday and had the worst experience I have ever had at a newscafe which has left us with a bad taste for news caf? We to get some drinks and a light meal before attending a concert. Just our drinks took 20 minutes to come, the waiter was so delayed, further more when the drinks came, the milkshake I ordered was sour, and the waiter when he came to deliver the drinks that were already so late, told my sister that they did not have the ingrediants to make the drink she ordered, totally unacceptable, we cancelled the food ordered and my very polite boyfriend paid the bill, with the sour milkshake added to the bill as the incompetent manager told him that was the first complaint she received all day about the milkshake which was prepared already in the morning mind you! so my boyfriend paid for the disgusting sour milkshake and the drink he ordered, and gave the waiter a tip. Goldreef city news caf? has got to be the PITS I will never go back and think twice about entering any news caf? DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
